Client Executive – Graduate Role

Salary £22-25K + Bonus

Hey there! Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in Ecommerce? We might have the perfect opportunity for you.

Our Amazon agency is on the hunt for a bright and bubbly individual to join our team in an entry-level account management role. You’ll be responsible for managing brand accounts and helping our clients increase their sales on Amazon. The role is half remote-based, and half in our awesome Bristol city centre office space.

What will you be doing, you ask? Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with clients to understand their Amazon goals, and proactively ensuring these are met.
  • Working with our advertising specialists to execute growth strategies.
  • Sprucing up product listing pages, A+ content & Brand stores (with the help of our awesome design team!) 
  • Keeping on top of the latest Amazon updates, constantly refining your skills as a platform specialist.
  • Taking ownership of accounts and providing weekly/monthly reports to clients and your team.

 

So, what are we looking for in a candidate?

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business, Ecommerce)
  • A knack for problem-solving and analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of Amazon’s seller platform!
